Solo Credentialing Desk

Answer the questions once and every Massachusetts behavioral health payer application comes back filled — with where to send it, what to attach, when to chase it, and the follow-up emails already written against the deadlines the law gives you.

For clinicians credentialing on their own. LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC-I, psychologists, psychiatrists and PMHNPs going solo — not group practices. Nothing you type is sent anywhere; it stays in this browser.

Nothing you type here is sent anywhere. There is no account, no server and no analytics. Your name, Social Security number and date of birth stay in this browser tab and are gone when you close it, unless you tick Save draft. Forms are filled inside the browser and handed straight to your downloads. If you are on a shared or public computer, leave Save draft off and use Clear everything when you finish.

Everything below is optional until a payer needs it. The rail on the right lights each payer up as you answer enough for it — you do not have to complete the whole form to generate a packet.

What this is. A field-mapping and submission-workflow tool. For Blue Cross, Point32Health, WellSense and HCAS it fills the payer's own form from the copy held in the form library and hands it back completed; for the rest it produces an answer sheet you transcribe, with copy buttons on every value. Either way you also get submission instructions, a document checklist, follow-up dates and drafted emails. It does not submit anything on your behalf, and signatures and dates are still yours to add. On the library. Field maps are built against one specific revision of each form. Every upload is checked against that map before it is stored, and the HCAS Word form — which addresses its fields by position rather than by name — is refused outright unless the field count matches exactly. A form that passes the check but reports missing fields will fill partially; the answer sheet covers the rest. Sources. Field requirements read from each payer's current published application. Deadlines from 211 CMR 52.09 (Massachusetts credentialing standards) and M.G.L. c. 176O § 29 (universal credentialing application, paper-form-on-request right). Payer forms and contact details change — always download the payer's current form from their site before submitting, and confirm the destination address on the form itself. No warranty. This is a free tool, not a service, and nobody checks your application before it goes. Payer forms, addresses, inboxes and requirements change without notice — download the current form from the payer and confirm the destination on the form itself before you send anything. Field maps are built against one specific revision and the app tells you when a form no longer matches, but it cannot tell you that a payer has changed its process. Not legal, tax or professional advice. Nothing here is a substitute for your own reading of a contract, and the W-9 section is not tax advice — your federal tax classification is a question for your accountant. Verify statutory citations before relying on them in a complaint. Your data. Nothing is transmitted, stored remotely, or seen by anyone but you. There is no account and no analytics. Everything lives in this browser until you clear it.
